Harvard is forging ahead with ambitious climate research that is making a real-world impact. This discussion will delve into ongoing projects, including advances in reducing methane emissions, modernizing the electricity grid, and safeguarding public health from the impacts of climate change.

Join us for a faculty panel featuring:
  • Mary Rice, Mark and Catherine Winkler Associate Professor of Environmental Respiratory Health and Director, Harvard Chan C-CHANGE
  • Robert Stavins, Professor of Energy & Economic Development
  • Stephen Ansolabehere, Professor of Government
  • Moderated by Jim Stock, Harold Hitchings Burbank Professor of Political Economy and Vice Provost for Climate and Sustainability
Immediately following the panel, hear brief remarks from:
  • Peter Tufano, Baker Foundation Professor at Harvard Business School and Senior Advisor to the Salata Institute
  • Michelle Faggert, Co-President, Harvard Alumni for Climate and the Environment (HACE)
  • Sandra Lee Chen, ClassACT HR85 Climate Working Group Co-Chair
They will highlight the Salata Institute’s collaboration with alumni groups and share opportunities for alumni to get involved in advancing climate solutions through the Harvard network.
