Join us for an enlightening evening of intellectual discourse and innovative ideas at the 8th Salata Scholar Seminar Series on April 3rd. **Featured Presenters:** 1. Adhitya Raghavan: "Lithium ion Battery manufacturing" - Talk Summary: Adhitya will explore the potential of battery storage systems in developing countries and talk about the opportunities in the Indian battery landscape and how it can contribute to energy resiliency and sustainability. - Speaker Bio: From Chennai, India and did his undergrad at Princeton in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering. Then worked across various sectors including manufacturing and Private equity diligence at Bain and Company. He is now in his first year at HBS and looking to build his own company. 2. Dimitri Courant: "Deliberative Climate Politics - Comparing the Irish Citizens’ Assembly and the French Citizen Convention for Climate" - Talk Summary: Dimitri Courant will examine deliberative climate politics and the role of citizens' assemblies in shaping policy. He will present a comparative analysis between the Irish and French assemblies and their outcomes. - Speaker Bio: Dimitri Courant, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, specializes in deliberative democracy and climate politics. 🍃 Refreshments will be provided.
