Collision in West Africa: Encountering Climate Change on the Gulf of Guinea
Saturday, Jun 27, 2026, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos Ikeja
Members of the media are invited to a briefing on how sea-level rise, coastal erosion, and flooding are reshaping settlements and livelihoods across the Gulf of Guinea. Physical scientists, social scientists, landscape architects, and urban planners will share novel findings from a three-year collaboration and discuss next steps for helping coastal communities imagine and plan for more resilient futures.
