Horizon Award Ceremony and Reception

This year’s Horizon Award will be presented to Vickie Patton, General Counsel at the Environmental Defense Fund, for her unwavering commitment to advancing environmental protection through law and public service. Vickie Patton has been especially influential on air quality issues and the Clean Air Act.
