Food Literacy Project Speaker Series: Intro to HUDS

Our guest speakers will be Crista Martin, Director for Strategic Initiatives and Communications & Barb Kempken, Director for Residential Dining at Harvard Dining Services. During this presentation, learn what it's like to work with a wide network of farmers and vendors, develop diverse menus, and what it takes to provide students with 20,000+ meals per day.
