FLP Cooking Class: Intro to Fermentation with Chef Sam Wdow

Curious about the flavor and potential health benefits of fermented foods? Sam Wdow, Chef de Cuisine at Lowell and Winthrop, will be leading this special Intro to Fermentation cooking class. Get hands-on experience and learn more about what makes fermented foods uniquely flavorful. You might be surprised by how many fermented foods you already encounter (and enjoy) regularly! You'll leave the class with new recipes to try and skills to level up your cooking. This will be a hands-on, interactive cooking class. Participants do not need to have any previous cooking experience.
