Maria Victoria Zingoni is a global energy executive with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformation across the power and broader energy sectors.
She recently served as CEO of the Power segment at GE Vernova and member of the Executive Leadership Team, with global responsibility for Gas Power, Hydro, Nuclear and decarbonization solutions across more than 100 countries. Under her leadership, the business delivered strong operational and financial performance while strengthening safety, quality, supply chain resilience, and free cash flow generation. She led a structural turnaround of both the installed base and new equipment businesses, expanded manufacturing capacity to respond to accelerating demand driven by AI-powered data centers, electrification, and industrial reshoring, and advanced the nuclear strategy, including Small Modular Reactors. She is currently serving as Advisor to the CEO of GE Vernova, supporting strategic priorities and ensuring a thoughtful leadership transition.
