Speaker Bio: Dr. Zhao Yang is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability. His research focuses on the interaction between transportation and energy systems, including electric vehicles, power systems, and hydrogen systems. He currently conducts research on energy system modeling, heavy-duty truck operations and decarbonization, and EV–grid interaction. His work also explores the planning and development of energy infrastructure in the United States and China during this critical period for addressing climate change.
