
Rishika Das Roy
Rishika Das Roy currently serves as the Lead for Sectoral Strategy and Investments at the India Climate Collaborative. Previously, she was a Resilience and Urban Policy Expert at Oxford Policy Management, where she gained over eight years of experience in climate change policy, climate adaptation, urban resilience, and sanitation. Her work encompassed delivering projects aligned with Government of India programs such as the Swachh Bharat Mission, Smart Cities, and AMRUT, and developing State Action Plans on Climate Change. Additionally, Rishika has a background in leveraging behavioral insights for resilience and gender initiatives at BBC Media Action, as well as engaging in climate action and community mobilization for Earth Day Network and Ashoka: Innovators for the Public.
The Salata Institute
The Salata Institute supports interdisciplinary research that leads to real-world action, including high-risk/high-reward projects by researchers already working in the climate area and new endeavors that make it easier for Harvard scholars, who have not worked on climate problems, to do so. Faculty interested in the Climate Research Clusters program should note an upcoming deadline for concepts on April 1, 2024.
