Indu Murthy
Indu K. Murthy is Sector Head for Climate, Environment, and Sustainability at the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP). Her work focuses on climate change vulnerability, land-based mitigation, and building resilience through climate-proofing development. She is a UNFCCC Roster of Experts member for India and serves on various editorial boards and advisory committees, including SaciWATERs and APMAS. Prior to CSTEP, she was a Consultant Scientist at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
The Salata Institute
The Salata Institute supports interdisciplinary research that leads to real-world action, including high-risk/high-reward projects by researchers already working in the climate area and new endeavors that make it easier for Harvard scholars, who have not worked on climate problems, to do so. Faculty interested in the Climate Research Clusters program should note an upcoming deadline for concepts on April 1, 2024.
