Anna Russo
Anna Russo is a Junior Fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows. She will begin as an Assistant Professor of Economics and Social Studies at Harvard in 2026. In her research, she studies the design of government intervention in markets, with a focus on environmental regulation and market design. She received a PhD in Economics from MIT in 2024 and a B.S. from Yale in 2017.
The Salata Institute
The Salata Institute supports interdisciplinary research that leads to real-world action, including high-risk/high-reward projects by researchers already working in the climate area and new endeavors that make it easier for Harvard scholars, who have not worked on climate problems, to do so. Faculty interested in the Climate Research Clusters program should note an upcoming deadline for concepts on April 1, 2024.
