Exumé is Digital Producer for the Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability at Harvard University. Exumé is a singer and an award-winning, American storyteller most known for writing, producing and directing Black Gold
(2021). Exumé garnered attention for her work as an independent producer on films like FML
(2018), Moving Together
(2022), and a number of narrative films which earned her an Excellence in Producing award. Since 2016, Exumé has bolstered her media presence, featuring BIPOC and women centered stories, and most recently developed her skills as a media professional through her position as a producer in the informational technology industry.
Exumé received an MFA in film and media production from the University of Texas at Austin and specializes in story development, persuasive producing and editorial direction. She also received a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
