Student interns are vital members of the Salata Institute team seeking to fulfill that mission.
The Salata Institute is currently seeking applications for four paid internship positions for the Fall 2023 semester. Student interns may be offered an option to extend their internship through Spring 2024. The Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability seeks to hire an Events Intern to support the planning and execution of the Salata Institute’s workshops, speaker series, and other events. The intern will work closely with the Salata Institute’s Program Managers, providing administrative support around event planning and offering staffing support during events.
The Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability seeks to hire a Social Media Intern to support the work of the Salata Institute’s communications team. The intern will support the Salata Institute’s Digital Producer and Communications Director in content generation and planning for the Institute’s social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, and other social media channels as needed.
The Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability seeks to hire two Audience Research Interns to support the Salata Institute Climate Action Accelerator’s work. The interns will work with the Salata Institute’s program managers and communications staff, to help research, curate, and expand the Institute’s network of real-world climate practitioners.
The Salata Institute for Climate and Sustainability seeks to hire a Website and Communications Intern to support the work of the Salata Institute’s communications team. The intern will primarily support the Salata Institute’s Digital Producer and Communications Director in maintaining and updating the Salata Institute’s website. This might include researching and writing short or long-form blogs, reviewing and approving calendar event submissions, and updating webpage information and images.
