Derek Warnick is CFO and co-founder of Electric Hydrogen, a company manufacturing the world’s most efficient and low-cost electrolyzers to produce green hydrogen at truly global scale. Electric Hydrogen has more than 250 employees and has raised over $750M to date. Prior to Electric Hydrogen, Derek spent the last nearly 20 years of his career, since leaving the World Bank, focused exclusively on the intersection of clean energy and finance, including most recently at Breakthrough Energy Ventures, a leading climate tech venture capital firm founded by Bill Gates.
Derek received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and BS from Georgetown University.
