Shashwat is a MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and a recipient of the prestigious Goldsmith Fellowship for leadership in social impact. With a strong background in climate-tech venture investing Shashwat led early-stage investments in startups focused on renewables, EV solutions, and climate resilience. As part of HBS’s Energy & Environment Club leadership team and a Salata Institute Student Ambassador, Shashwat is dedicated to fostering a collaborative community around climate innovation. Driven by a mission to advance the climate transition, Shashwat is committed to scaling transformative climate solutions that create lasting global impact.
The Salata Institute
The Salata Institute supports interdisciplinary research that leads to real-world action, including high-risk/high-reward projects by researchers already working in the climate area and new endeavors that make it easier for Harvard scholars, who have not worked on climate problems, to do so. Faculty interested in the Climate Research Clusters program should note an upcoming deadline for concepts on April 1, 2024.
